Orison Manufacturing Company uses a combination of new technologies and process expertise to ensure the products you need are produced when you need them, with the precision that is required to meet all product characteristics. We believe in developing relationships with our customers to facilitate precise communication of what is expected, and what is delivered. By adjusting our processes with information gathered during production, and feedback from delivered products, we improve our processes to increase value for our customers.
Subtractive machining
Orison Manufacturing Company specializes in producing components utilizing five axis mill turn machining centers. We strive to produce as many products as possible in one operation thus reducing variation while improving quality. We also offer turning, milling, and wire edm processes to complete complex geometry.
Wire Electric discharge machining
We excel at producing parts involving wire edm processes. Many of the parts that we produce have wire edm operations involved in the part manufacturing process. Utilizing this manufacturing method allows us to maintain close part tolerances and produce intricate geometries not achievable with typical subtractive machining technologies.
